I use both WordPerfect and Word on a daily basis, and while I have had the rare problem, I haven't experienced any difficulties in months. Most corporate law offices have transferred to Microsoft, but the WordPerfect installation base is still there and (often) updated. Some law offices have, but most stats I've seen (granted, they were from 2001) indicated that while Miscrosoft Office has the largest installation base by far, WordPerfect was still used in over 50% of law offices in the U.S. And compatibility IS an issue since the import/export filters in Wordperfect are not that great. ![]() Most law offices are moving to MS Word, from what I'm seeing.
